More gluten free recipes! Next week I promise to post some of the non-celiac recipes that I used to love.
Here it is:
Ingredients
2 sticks butter
2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup sweet rice flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp xanthum gum
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. shape the dough with your hands into triangles about as thick as your pinky finger. bake for 20 minutes at 325º F.
